Our Company

The Center for Peace and Leadership Development (CPALD) is a professional organization established in early 2022, with registration number NL/AA/14/666/1356465/2014. It is officially registered with the Nifas-Silk-Lafto Sub-city Trade Office and the Ethiopian Revenue & Customs Authority as a taxpayer. CPALD was founded with the vision of becoming a leading consultancy service provider in Ethiopia, focusing on areas that contribute to the promotion of peace, leadership development, and sustainable development.
